Water damage, mold, and fire don’t wait for business hours, and neither do we. Since 2005, Dryden Restoration New York has stood behind every job with a guarantee that’s written down, not just talked about. When we restore a home in New York City, the promise is simple: a written price before any work starts, a crew that shows up in the window we gave you, a job site left cleaner than we found it, and a written 365-Day Done Right Promise that says if a covered repair fails within a full year, we come back and fix it at zero cost. That’s the Kingswell Way, and Carl Brandt, Owner, makes sure it’s how every Dryden job runs from the first phone call to the final walk-through.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every repair. If a covered repair fails within 365 days of completion, Dryden Restoration New York returns and corrects it at no charge, in writing, on every job.
- Written pricing before work begins. You’ll receive a written price before any work starts, and that number does not change at the door, which means no surprise line items after the fact.
- Committed arrival window. We give you a specific window for when our uniformed, background-checked technicians will arrive, and we show up inside it.
- Clean job site. We leave the place cleaner than we found it, hauling out debris, setting up containment where needed, and respecting the rest of your home while we work.
- Professional-grade equipment, explained plainly. Our fleet includes Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry systems, the same machines large commercial restoration crews run, and we’ll tell you in plain English what each piece is doing and why.
- Industry-standard protocols. Work is performed to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards, the recognized benchmarks for water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration training and ethics.

Our Satisfaction Promise
If something doesn’t sit right after we finish, you call us and we make it right. That starts with a real conversation, not a ticket number. Carl or a senior Dryden technician will ask what’s wrong, look at the work with you, and figure out whether it’s a quick correction or a full return visit under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If the failure falls inside the guarantee period and is covered by the original scope, we schedule the return at no additional cost, no argument about who’s responsible. If the issue is outside the original scope, we’ll still show up, tell you exactly what’s happening, and give you a written price before touching anything. The point of the guarantee isn’t to catch us on a technicality; it’s to make sure you’re not stuck with a half-fixed problem and no one to call. You’ll always reach a live person at (315) 924-6992, day or night, and that person has the authority to get a crew moving.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as strong as the company standing behind it, and that’s where licensing and insurance do the heavy lifting. Dryden Restoration New York is licensed and insured to perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration across New York City. If a technician gets hurt on your property or a tool damages your home during the job, our insurance covers it, not your homeowner’s policy. That’s the real backstop behind every piece of paper we hand you. We’re also an independently owned and operated Kingswell company, which means we answer to our own standards, not a franchise playbook, and every technician who walks through your door is background-checked, uniformed, and trained to IICRC, RIA, and IFA benchmarks. The paperwork means something because the people and policies behind it are real.

AfterThe Fine Print, in Plain Language
The 365-Day Done Right Promise covers the specific repair work listed in your written scope. If a covered repair fails because of our workmanship or materials we installed within one year of completion, we return and correct it at no cost. It doesn’t cover new damage caused after the job by a separate event, like a new pipe burst or a different appliance leak, and it doesn’t cover normal wear on cosmetic finishes. Before we start, we’ll walk through the scope with you line by line so you know exactly what’s inside the guarantee and what isn’t. If something fails and you’re not sure whether it’s covered, call us anyway. We’d rather spend ten minutes on the phone figuring it out than have you live with a problem because you assumed it wasn’t covered.
Why We Put It in Writing
Most restoration companies in New York will tell you they do good work. Few of them will hand you a written guarantee that says the repair lasts a year or we come back free, a written price that can’t change once work starts, and a second visit at zero cost if something fails inside that year. We put all of it in writing because talk is cheap and so are excuses. Carl Brandt founded Dryden Restoration New York on a simple idea: say the price before the work, show up in the window we gave, leave the place cleaner than we found it, put the guarantee in writing, and come back if it fails. That’s the whole system, and it’s worked for homeowners across New York City since 2005.
Frequently Asked Questions
It covers the specific repair work listed in your written scope of work. If any covered repair fails due to our workmanship or materials within one year of completion, we return and correct it at no additional cost. You don’t pay a diagnostic fee, a trip charge, or a labor rate for the return visit.
A live person answers every call at (315) 924-6992, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we dispatch crews across New York City the same day for water damage and other active emergencies. For scheduled repair and reconstruction work, we’ll give you a committed arrival window before the job and we’ll show up inside it.
Most New York homeowner’s policies cover sudden and accidental water damage, like a burst supply line, and many cover mold remediation when it stems from a covered water event. Fire damage is typically covered under the dwelling and personal property portions of your policy. Dryden Restoration New York provides photo-documented assessments and can coordinate directly with your adjuster to make the claims process cleaner.
That depends on what we find. Water that’s been sitting more than 48 hours in New York’s humid summer conditions can drive relative humidity (RH) inside wall cavities high enough to support mold growth, and surface drying alone won’t reach it. Our technicians use psychrometric drying, meaning we measure temperature, RH, and moisture content in materials to show you exactly where the water actually went, then we give you a written price that covers only what’s needed, no scare tactics.
You can. But you don’t have to. Dryden Restoration New York will document every step with photos, moisture readings, and a written scope of work, and we’ll speak directly with your adjuster to make sure the claim reflects what actually happened in your home. Call (315) 924-6992 and we’ll start the process with you on the line.
